Solid performances and new PRs on Wednesday in the dual against Hopkinton. Sophia and Luca both had the individual win with new course PRs, the team set 11 new course PRs overall and we went 10 for 10 with the new team members running a faster overall pace per mile than the previous week. The build to November continues with a dual against Westwood next Wednesday. The dual season is underway! We had a great season opener this past Wednesday. The boys came out with the individual win and team win. The girls were in a close one with our top 3 finishers in the top 5 before the depth of the Holliston girls secured the win. Two races on the calendar this week with Wednesday at Hopkinton and Saturday at the Frank Mooney Invite in Wrentham. September efforts for November results! Let’s go!!! Meet #1 is in the books! It was a great opening quad meet highlighted with the Sophia earning the overall win in a new PR, the girls in a tight battle with Norwood, Luca earning the overall win in a new PR and the boys taking 9 of the top 10 spots! Now we build and prep for Holliston this week. Let’s go!
